this is my lovely dog texwe lost him yesterday, he suddenly got very sick
he was a 'super' special dog
the ones who know him can tell you- i will miss his cuddles, his happiness, his licks, the little noises he makes, going for walks, his love...
i miss him so much

I'm so sorry. I dread the day when I lose my Molly dog - she sounds similar (in her wonderfulness) to your Tex. A very sad time for you *hugs*
Aww, I'm so sorry! It's easy to say that he's in a better place now and at least he's not in any pain, but I can't imagine losing a dear four-legged friend. I have a Sheltie who is fourteen years-old, and I've had him ever since he was about two months old. I don't know what I'll do when that terrible time comes. :(
Such a painful loss. Sometimes I think that there is nothing harder. My sympathy and empathy go out to you.

My heart goes out to you - such a wrenching time with no easy passage. It's exactly 4 years since I lost my best buddy Satchel. He still comes to visit in my dreams where we have lovely quiet visits side by side on the front porch. I have no doubt Tex will come to visit you soon, bringing you comfort and his unconditional love.

My heart is with you. There are not many things in life as wonderful as the love and friendship of a dog. I thank God for my Sophia, she has been by my side through some tough times. I hope to meet Tex in Heaven one day.

i am so sorry about your wonderful dog. animals are so important in our lives. i know how you feel. we've lost several cats and a dog over the years and it is devastating. i hope you will feel him close to you through this time.

This is the first time that I've visited your blog. There is so much beauty here! I am terribly sorry for your loss. There is nothing like the love of an animal - it's so pure. They touch you in a way that nothing else does. I lost my precious rottweiler, Cole, many years ago, so I can understand how painful this must be. I wish you strength in this sad time.

We too are dealing with the raw pain of losing one of beautiful family members, Buster Dog.
There will be such a huge gap in our worlds without our dear boys.
I'm trying hard to swoosh away the Sorrow Birds with happy memories and gratitude for all the gifts of joy that our beautiful boy brought to everyone who met him.
I hope that you are able to ease your sadness in this way too.

Hello Mady.... we're so sorry to hear about Tex. When we lost our two cats in the space of a year, we were horrified, and there was a great sense of loss. We still miss them terribly, but now we smile when we remember their little cutenesses! I just want to say big hugs, love, and how amazing, and life changing it is to have the love and time we have with our dear furry friends.
