    Sometimes looking back can help us remember what to avoid.
    And every once in a while . . .
    it feels good to scream out loud.

    But head high, staying strong is the way ! ! !

    There are people out there who have lost their memory's and can never look back and in interviews they describe the awfulness of it.

    As a way of getting past something painful maybe the best bet is to focus on the present moment, but I forget....all the time I forget.
