I'm not proud of it, but i'm not much of a reader... I usually read non-fiction if I get to reading.
ReplyDeleteRembrandt is such a big master, I revere him so much! And this painting of Hendrickje is among my favorites... it's so effortless... I just love it when a brushstroke looks like a brushstroke if you go close, but looks like a hand (or whatever) if you step behind... it's the same with Velazquez or Manet and many other big masters.
